Returns & Refunds Policy

Your rights when returning goods bought from Ladega Services Limited.

1. Your right to cancel (consumers)

If you are a consumer and you buy from us at a distance (for example by WhatsApp, telephone, email or through this website), you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To cancel, simply tell us clearly that you wish to cancel — by email to rahman.ladega@gmail.com, by telephone on 07378 868812, or in writing to our registered office.

Returning the goods

After cancelling, you should return the goods to us without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Unless the goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning them.

Refunds after cancellation

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier. Refunds include the standard delivery cost you paid, though not any extra cost of a premium delivery option you chose. A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

Certain goods are excluded from the 14-day cancellation right under the Regulations, including goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Where an exception applies to something you are ordering, we will tell you before you order.

2. Faulty, misdescribed or incorrect goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not:

  • within 30 days of receiving the goods, you can ask for a full refund (short-term right to reject);
  • after 30 days and within six months, you can ask for a repair or replacement, and if that is unsuccessful you can claim a refund or price reduction;
  • after six months, you may still have rights, but you may need to show the fault was present when the goods were supplied.

Where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs.

3. Business customers

The statutory consumer rights described above apply to consumers. Where you buy as a business, different terms may apply; these will be confirmed with you at the point of order.

4. How to make a return

Please contact us first so we can confirm the return address and the best way to send the goods back. Keeping the original packaging where possible helps, though it is not a condition of your statutory rights. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. For free, impartial advice you can contact Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk.
